ABC Company LLC is a chain of convenience stores in multiple towns/cities and states, all owned by the same company. Each local store has its own physical address, obviously. The corporate office located across the country is the address where all the statements get mailed. Which address(es) get used on the CTR? Local store? Corporate? Both?

This feels like CTR 101, so I apologize in advance.

Use the corporate address. Watch for FinCEN to reactivate its February 2020 (currently suspended) regarding CTRs covering multiple locations of the same company.
