I have an LLC that we are completing a BO Form for. The LLC is owned by an individual which is 50%, 8.04% by another individual and 41.96% by an estate.
The parents of these individuals had a trust which had ownership in this LLC and just divided and gave ownership to these individuals of this LLC on 3/1/2021. The individuals involved in this LLC are siblings and a spouse. So the 50% ownership includes the amount the brother already owned plus the amount what was divided on 3/1/21, which no all belongs to the brother. The 8.04% belongs to the sister's husband which he already owned before the division of ownership occurred and the 41.96% was given to the sister on 3/1/21 when the division occurred. On March 21, 2021, the sister passed away so the 41.96% ownership now belongs to the sister's estate which her husband is PR of.

So my question is on the BO form we list the brother as 50% owner, we do not list the sister's husband because he only owns 8.04%, but the sister's estate owns 41.96% do we list the estate as owner and the estate's information or do we list the husband as PR or executor of the estate and his information or how should the estate portion be handled??

Thanks!
