If you have an LLC that is a sole member LLC and you have an authorized signer/agent on the checking account as well as the sole member and the sole member of the LLC dies is the authorized signer/agent still able to transact business on the account since this account is an entity??

Sure - the LLC is not dead until it is dissolved.
