If an initial SAR was filed for structuring of deposits and the 90 day follow-up review of activity identified structuring of withdrawals but no further structuring of deposits, would an initial SAR be filed for structuring because the type of structuring was different (withdrawals instead of deposits) or would a continuing activity SAR be filed for structuring regardless of the type?

Structuring is structuring. I would say it is continued activity.
