We have a situation that I have not dealt with before and need your help. We pulled a credit report on a Hispanic customer and the social security number pulls up the name of another person. I am sure this should be reported to somewhere, but I am drawing a blank. What do I do in this situation.

I suggest that you contact your customer and request clarification of the SS#, telling him that he might have made an error when he gave it to you. Based on his response you will then have to decide how to proceed.
