When filing CTR's on customers when the trade name is not on the account documents, Corporate Resolution, nor is it registered (Not a state requirement), in the DBA line 5, should the bank list the "common" name of the customer? Your help is appreciated.

I would file the CTR under the name that is on your account and your documentation.
