I need help,
We receive deposits everyday from a local grocery store, it is a incorporation. In section A part 1 we enter the information of the grocery store and complete section B individual conducting the transaction. My question is do we need to enter the owners of the business information on the second page section A part 1 ? There is more than one owner of the account each one benefits from the transaction.

A corporation is a legal entity with its own identity separate from its "owners". You do not need to identify any other party as part of the business as you would do with a sole proprietor.
