Can anyone tell me where this is made available and if there is a new list for 2007? I would think this would be listed on the FINCEN website?

Does the named contact person for each institution receive this via E-mail?

The list is not public. It is distributed periodically to the people whom registered banks listed as their contact person.

Has anyone received this list in 2007 or aware of when it was sent out last. We had a change in contact persons and cannot locate a list, even though we are a participating bank.

The latest listing I have is for May 29, 2007. If you are not receiving the listing and are registered you should contact FinCEN at patriot@fincen.treas.gov

Are you sure of the May date? The last list that I received is dated March 23 and they only send it around twice a year (I think).

You are right. The email I received is for March 23rd; however, if you use the link provided and pull up the listing it says on the footer "Report prepared on: Tuesday, May 29, 2007" and has current information to that date.
