Ok, It's Monday, back from vacation (apparently took too long of one) and having a moment. When filing a CTR on a corporation with a dba, what address is used in Part 1. Example: World Builders Inc dba ABC Construction. They each have a different address. Is World Builders address put in Part 1 or ABC's where the actual deposit came from?

You would use the address for World Builders, Inc.
