We have received a request from the U S Secret Service (which has been verified as legit) for a copy of a CTR that our bank filed. If I'm correct they don't need a subpenoa for this, right?

Somewhere in my land of never-ending piles of paper, I know I have this info. But I quickly need an answer or please reference a link where I can find the answer.
