Does anyone know why Deutsche Bank would not be willing to send a wire transfer to Budapest Bank in Hungary?

We are being refused a wire transfer but are not given any details of why.

No idea. Budapest Bank is owned by GE.
There are no sanctions that I know of.

Is Deutsche Bank your correspondent bank? If so, you should have a correspondent relationship manager you could contact for further information if the wire department won't provide you additional information.
