Do any other financial institution scrub against the OCC Unauthorized Banking List? I know it is "recommended" but not "required" and curious to know how many do.

We use World Check which includes a number of lists. To be honest, I don't see much value in using the individual list. If a bank wanted to open an account with your FI, your normal DD process should be able to flag this particular concern prior to opening the account.
