BSARocksagain Member Joined: May 2010 Posts: 67 Maryland	Yes, it has something to do with an update they did or we did and they are not compliant with each other. They are working on fixing it. The only way I could get mine through was "opening a new form" field on the site and transferring all the information into the form then submit it, if you save it and try to pull it at a later date it will freeze up. Matt_B Diamond Poster Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 1,648 A CU, Where Regs Don't Apply	We're still using a workaround that requires me going to IT and using one of their computers without the latest Windows patch applied. One of our guys emailed in about the problem and was told the problem was the latest Windows patch that was installed. They recommended we uninstall the patch. He laughed. So they want us to open back up known system vulnerabilities, but if we did that and got compromised, we'd be in violation of our security measures and patch management policy. Nice try FinCEN! Trying to get us written up/hacked into. _________________________ Someone's about to get horned!

I tried using Chrome and had the same problem. I went back to IE and finally got it to work by dragging my saved pdf into the filing website. _________________________ I can explain it to you. lesry New Poster Joined: Jul 2012 Posts: 1 Alabama	I can open new CTRs and SARs, but am unable to reload a saved file. I noticed this after I did an update on my computer. My IT person was not able to determine what the problem was, so I had come to the conclusion that it was a FinCEN issue. I hope they are able to resolve the problem soon.....
