My Bank is opening another branch shortly and I am wondering how do we obtain a RSSD number for the newest branch. Anyone who has knowledge of this and can point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

My understanding is that your bank will need to contact the Reserve Bank for your district. The FRB staff there can assist you in getting the branch set up on NIC, and give you the RSSD.
