We are currently looking at Word Check-One as a way to identify our NRA and other potential customers and for ongoing monitoring. I was wondering if anyone out there uses another product for this that they would recommend.

We use World Check and as I'm familiar with the product, it is a sanctions screening provider. It may help identify NRA's, but it is not intended to function in that manner.

We identify NRA's at account opening by inquiring if a potential customer is a U.S. citizen. If they are not we ask follow up questions to determine any jurisdictions that they have obtained citizenship and if they meet the substantial presence test or not.

We too ask at account opening if they are US citizens. If not, further due diligence is conducted. We also have a NonUS Person worksheet that is completed and forwarded to the BSA officer for further review.
