During a recent drilling of a deceased customers SDB for escheat purposes, drugs were found and the police were notified. They came and confiscated the drugs and stated that since the customer was deceased, there were likely be no further investigation. Do we file a SAR?? Thanks.

Did they establish or estimate a street value for the drugs? Death does not block being mentioned as a SAR subject.

They did not give a value, or I am unaware, but I am of the opinion we file, and be done with it. Thanks.
