I am confused. Please help me understand FinCENs MSB Registration. I want to contact my MSBs that need to renew registration. How can I tell when they last renewed and when they need to next renew?

Just draft a generic letter to all of your MSB customers reminding them that their MSB registration expires every two years on December 31st and that they should review their records to ensure that they remain properly registered.

Don't get into whether they have actually renewed or not. That is not your responsibility.
