I've posted a question twice this week and it keeps getting removed. It was regarding 314(a) searches. Any reason why its getting removed.

BOL has a voluntarily imposed policy of not discussing 314(a) issues in public fora. Moderators routinely move such posts to the "Private, Bankers Only" forum and send a PM to the original poster.
