Just need a vote of confidence (I hope):

Automated CTR system created a CTR for a $12,500 cash out. $2,500 of it was for a check cashed by a third-party on the customer's account, therefore it wasn't on behalf of the customer and doesn't count towards CTR, right? Now that leaves a $10,000 cash withdrawal by our customer to stock their Private ATM. Since the amount is no longer over $10,000, no CTR is required, right?

Thanks in advance.

That sounds right to me. We do not count checks payable to other individuals on a business account, for example, when calculating cash withdrawals for CTR consideration.
