Our FI opened a new branch in March 2018, and have not been assigned an RSSD Number. In filing our CTRs we keep the RSSD field blank due to no current RSSD assignment. How long does it usually take to relieve one? I have contacted FRB and have not gotten any reply.

Thoughts...continue as is?

It shouldn't take that long. A couple banks ago, we opened a new branch and hadn't been assigned a number. I can't remember the timeframe, but we were getting concerned. I called the OCC and learned that even though we had applied and been approved for a branch, no one ever told the OCC it was actually open. We had a number issued shortly after my call.
