I wanted to see what everyone is doing concerning BO forms for existing customers that are opening new accounts with same name and same signers. Are you doing new BO forms or attestations? Do you add account numbers to make them specific for each account?

While signers may not have changed, ownership and controlling decision maker may have.

Plus, from a record retention standpoint, much easier than trying to ensure a prior cert doesn't go away when the account it was linked to does.
