Does anyone have an idea of how long we should keep subpoena records? All my research is pointing towards 5 years, but the information has been vague. Thanks!

Retention is a state law issue and you should check with your state banking association. If any of the documents were used as supporting documentation for a SAR, then BSA would require that the SAR supporting documentation be retained for five years.
