If we have accounts that are rated high risk that were opened before the 2018 beneficial ownership requirement, are we supposed to have beneficial ownership forms completed on them regardless?

Has a triggering event occurred?

Outside of the actual regulatory requirements, if these are truly high risk accounts, would not this information be SOP at the time of any review? Especially over the course of three years?
