Hello all. I am a law student who is completely flustered by some of Article 9's priorty rules. I am wondering if anyone here can direct me to a flowchart that might diagram Article 9's perfection and priorty provisons. I'll gladly accept any resource; however, I must admit to being partial to something visual, as mere outlines are not doing it for me.

Also, while I'm here, can anyone suggest similar resources for Articles 3 and/or 4?
