Has anyone noticed anything out of the ordinary with the new list of Middle-Income CTs Designated as Distressed or Underserved?

We've noticed about six instances of census tracts that were moderate-income (and displaying as moderate-income on FFIEC), being added to the list of middle-income distressed and underserved tracts. These are new additions to the list and nothing to do with the 12 month lag time.

Is there a CT update coming soon that I don't know about? Have any of you noticed this?

FFIEC is updated in August of every year (sometimes they are late). This usually happens when they are preparing the data for the new update and I think they get some contaminated data in their current data sets. Usually what you are seeing is tracts being slated as middle-income next data release that are distressed or undeserved.
