The Dallas Fed has an easy to read format of the Q&A.

I think the latest version was 2009.

The Dallas Fed needs to keep their tools more up to date. Some of that stuff is 5 or 6 years old. They may have taken the Q&A down since we have had one revision since they did that.

Yes, you're right Pale. The latest Q&A is from March of 2010.

Too bad beause the Dallas Fed edition is so much easier to read.

Have you ever seen a reader friendly version??

Nope, all we have in my bank is the federal register version, which is so difficult to use when you are looking for a specific topic.

Isn't there a way to turn it into some kind of file this is then searchable for terms?

We need a computer or software guru!

Further South than I wanna be.
I don't read the regs well as written so I pull them into Word and restructure them. It's a lot of work but I read as I do it. Right now I only have the sections that I use a lot. I used to have all of the Q&A this way. It also allows me to highlight areas.
