A review of our 2012 lending revealed we did not make majority of loans within AA. We have "remapped" and are taking in some low to moderate and eliminating some upper. Is 2012 results "is what it is" or can the bank revamp the area and use the new census tracts in our 2012 Review?

You can redefine your AA anytime and you can apply the latest definition to your activity last year when evaluating your performance. In fact, modifying your AA in light of your actual loan dispersion is a natural outcome of performance analysis and demonstrates you are on top of this important CRA decision. The fact that the Census 2010 tracts were implemented last year makes it even more appropriate to review the impact on your AA delineation and your performance.
