For the CRA Exam our data is compared to the Aggregate Lending Data. How is that data calculated?

It is extracted from the annual CRA and HMDA data submitted by reporting lenders. The data is extracted based on the delineation of your AA. The "penetration rates" lending in LMI tracts, to LMI borrowers and to very small businesses is calculated and compared to your penetration rates
