I am new to the CRA Officer role and would love some input on what information everyone is reporting to the Board of Directors annually relating to CRA.

As part of my Compliance Report, include a list of all CRA-related service activities during the month. In addition, I provide copies of the minutes of our bi-monthly CRA committee meetings. Since I work at a small community bank, this is manageable, but that may not be the case for a larger bank.
