I recently identified a new loan for $2.5 million to a school district under the municipal bond product. Is this a CD loan or investment?? Does the school district need to have over 50% qualify for free/reduced lunch?

This is a CD Loan and yes the district needs to have over 50% of the student population eligible for free and reduced price lunches. Don't rely on Title One designation.
