How do you identify a census tract for APO/FPO address for CRA reporting? We report consumer loans on HMDA because it's a primary product, so this isn't an issue of where a property is located. We don't have a zip code for Kandahar.

We do not report unsecured HI loans for HMDA nor do we report for CRA. But we do use consumer loans during our CRA exams. I geocode all of them to an invalid number of 9999.01. It then groups those loans together and our exam team is aware of how we break out those military loans. We have a large military customer base.

I'm not sure how throwing them in an invalid geocode would work for reporting though.
