Under the current FDIC CRA CD - Service Test, I'm wanted to know if offering financial literacy questions and answer session by a Bank employee on a local radio show with penetration to low to moderate income customers in the Bank's assessment area would be acceptable for CRA Service Test Credit. Also, what type of due diligence would an examiner expect the Bank to provide from the employees' appearance on the radio show. For example would listener demographics, number of listeners, broadcast range information be acceptable to examiners, or has that previously been found to be acceptable to examiners? Thank you
