We have several loans over a $1 million where we have single family residence for investment purposes some up to 45 units and are located in Low and some in Moderate income census tract. Will the examiner consider those loans for community development and consider the number of single families that if they would have been done each under a separate loan we would have 45 loans versus 1? Not sure if that would add more to the bottom line,

I am a little at a loss on this. You have investors that a buying a large amount of single-family housing units in low- and moderate-income areas. How does that equate to community development? That does not promote home ownership nor does it likely decrease the housing costs in those areas.
