If we have a loan that is real estate secured by both a residential property and commercial property but the commercial property secures the majority of the loan would this be small business reportable even though it is HMDA reportable as well?

If a loan is reported for HMDA then it can't also be reported on your CRA Small Bus/Small Farm LR because you aren't allowed to "double dip". You could look to see if you could qualify for CD though
