Any one here an excel guru? I'm working on this stupid complaint spreadsheet, and I can't get a formula to carry over right. I've spent 2 1/2 days on this and still can't figure it out....

There are several excel gurus here...might help if you post the formula you're trying to use, and what's going wrong with it.
