At least two employees of Wachovia Bank in Bessemer, Alabama were killed this morning during a robbery. Another employee was shot, but details on her/his condition haven't been released.

Please keep the employees and their families in your prayers.

Incredibly senseless!!! It is always hard to hear something that so obviously makes no sense. It said he came in and immediately shot the tellers. Why if he only wanted the money, would he shoot the people who had it to give??? There was no reason to kill anyone. They would have given him the money.

My prayers to the Wachovia employees and families. These incidents are so upsetting because they are so senseless. I cringe every time I hear about one of our branches being robbed.[Sigh]
