I have a few safe deposit box questions.

1. Are there any laws that would prevent our Bank from requiring a minimum balance in order to get a Safe Deposit Box?

2. Can I require the owner to have a checking account, so that we may have yearly box fees taken from?

3. Other than Reg. O would there be any problems waving box fees for certain customers?

For the record, Regulation O is not a concern with regard to waiving safe deposit box rental fees.
