For your employees? For you customers? What type of products are held within the IRA/SEP/Roth accounts.

For our customer accounts. We have all the retirement accounts in CD's. We are a 4 branch community bank so we wear many hats. Currently the VP of Deposit Operations/Trainer/BSA Support also oversees customer retirements accounts. It is simply too much for one person to handle.

To much to handle, they may be enjoying the oversight if no one else is watching.

I have been working with her and the work is reviewed for quality control. The Directors want to keep the product but I would like to outsource rather than hire another full time employee.

Just what functions do you want to outsource? All of these accounts have to be on your books, which most likely means they will have to in some fashion remain on your core system, I would think your core system already generates the required information reporting. If you are a small bank with a handful of accounts, I'm not sure that it is going to be cost effective at all.
