We're placing an Exception Hold due to reasonable cause to doubt collectability. Can we combine the max 5 day hold with a 2 day hold for a total of 7days?

Yes you can. Also the "reasonable cause" exception hold can be placed on the whole amount and does not have to have the $200 next day availability.
