Need your help. We have a commercial customer that issues checks to thier freelance employees for services. The freelance employees are coming in to the bank and cashing them. The checks are less than $10,000 each but combimed together they go over $10,000 in a day. Does a CTR form need to be filed?

Only if they benefit one person for more than $10k or if one person goes through the door with over $10k.
