Please forgive me if I have missed a post on this topic...
Our bank uses a vendor to offer gift cards to customers. We log the sale on their website, they provide us with card stock, etc. In looking at the new Reg, it appears we have to provide a few disclosures before the purchase...so does this mean that I have to train my tellers to say the following or have a little hand-out available that basically says to following before the transactio actually occurs....
