In reviewing the TAG unlimited coverage that expires at year end, I don't see any requirement to notify depositors of its expiration. Is anyone contemplating reminding customers of the expiration?

Congress is currently reviewing and I doubt they will let it expire.

It's more likely that you'll all have to update the expiration date in your current lobby posters and on websites. There is a lot of momentum behind the movement to get this legislation done.
