We had a Reg E claim, where the customer was granted provisional credit. During the investigation it was found that the customer did authorize the transactions. While the customer was given provisional credit they removed the funds and is no longer transacting out of the account. Since, we found that there was no error should we debit the account the amount provisional credit was granted causing the account to overdraw, send the notice that no error was found, account is overdrawn, and if it is not brought positive begin chargeoff status?
