We are in the process of updating our internal teller tickets, such as deposit and withdraw tickets. Currently our checking deposit ticket has the verbiage:

Deposits may not be available for immediate withdrawal.
Checks and other items are received for deposit subject to the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code or any applicable collection agreement.

The statement about the Uniform Commercial Code is also listed on our savings deposit tickets.

Am I correct in saying that neither of these statements are required on these internal tickets? I know the availability statement has to be printed on any pre-printed slips but I don't believe it is required on internal tickets. And if it is not required....is there any problem with leaving it on the tickets?

Thanks for any help!

Thanks Randy. Can I also take that to mean that neither one of these statements are required?

No - I am not aware of a requirement for either statement on internal slips
