Is there a standard credit score statement. The one i pulled off lending tools looks different than one we have. One of ours says at the top Home Equity Line of Credit/loan applicant and it shows where you'd also show credit scores. I would think this is strictly for HELC. The one off the lending tools looks like it would reflect any type loan.

Model language is provided in the Reg. That is what we use for all applicable loan requests.
