The Negative Information Notice can be provided on other disclosures, but the Exception Notice must be segregated from other information/disclosures (except 609g).
623.7(c)(1) outlines the requirements for the Negative Information Notice:
(i) may be included on or with any notice of default, any billing statement, or any other materials provided to the customer; and
1022.74 outlines the requirements for the Exception notice, such as the following for RE secured loans:
(iii) Segregated from other information provided to the consumer, except for the notice required by section 609(g) of the FCRA; and
