When we receive a dispute, written or through eOSCAR, and it is on a loan that has more than one borrower, if we find that there is an error that must be corrected, do we automatically have to update the information on the joint borrower(s) also? I would think so, but I can't actually find that requirement anywhere.

Thanks in advance for the help.

So, what you are saying, is that if you know there is an error in your credit reporting, it is OK to continue to report that error for one of the borrowers?

Part of your duties as a data furnisher include reporting accurate data on consumers, and to correct any inaccurate data for consumers. All of them.
