The Center for Financial Training Western States(CFTWS)is a good source. They are located in Denver. Here's their website address - www.cftws.org.

There training is limited. I am wondering if there is anything else that would give more training on Reg CC, Reg J, and the UCC code.

The IBC (Independent Bankers of Colorado) and the CBA (Colorado Bankers Association) also sponsor seminars, webinars and teleconference training. CFTWS training can be a generic regulation/best practice or customized for your institution. They also offer across the board Compliance training and that geared towards loans or deposits.
