I'm asking for a friend - the question

(With a mortgage broker) we told him that we as the lender will issue any change of circumstances disclosures and for him not to issue disclosures when he locks the loan – we will. He insist in NC he is required to provide all the disclosures, and required to have copies of all his disclosures in the file for state examiners and what we are asking is illegal. I have looked and looked and have not had any luck in documenting regulations regarding this.

Can anyone help me out with this?
