We are expanding into the NC market. Does anyone have any good sources you use for training on RE collateral perfection? I also seem to remember that NC has some very specific laws regarding fees and rates charged on loans. If you could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

Found my answer. NC General Statute 24 covers the rate and fees if anyone else needs to know. NC Bankers Association members can access materials that would be helpful in understanding this statute.
